Student Meet and Greet Reception

At 7:00PM on Friday, June 2nd in the Cocoa Terrace Room, all student age attendees are invited to a social hour, co-sponsored by Dr. Grant and Marcia Manhart and the trumpet studio at Northern State University, and Fred Powell from Powell Trumpets.

Food will be provided, and many door prizes and freebies will be given out. Plan to attend and meet other students at the 2017 ITG Conference!

President’s Awards Reception

This year’s awards will be presented in a luncheon format. This is a chance to mix with your colleagues over a meal and to witness ITG history, past and present. Tommorrow’s superstars will be presented with their conference competition prizes and scholarships right alongside honorary awards being presented to David Hickman and Alan Vizzutti, two of our industry’s most highly regarded and successful practitioners. Following tradition, former presidents, award recipients and and conference hosts will also be recognized. Join us for this special occasion on Saturday June 3rd at 5:00pm in the Chocolate Ballroom. Tickets are required in advance and can be purchased online when you register. Deadline to purchase tickets is Friday May 26th.

Reception to express our appreciation for Legacy Fund donors.

There will be hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.  Everyone is welcome to join the donors, ITG Board Members, artists and conference attendees for a friendly meet and greet session. Please join us on Thursday June 1st, 2017 at 7:00pm in the Cocoa Terrace Room.

Non-pro & Comeback Player’s Reception

Please join all the Non-pro & Comeback players for a short gathering during the 2017th Conference in Hershey. On Wednesday May 31st from 7:00 – 8:00 PM a short reception will be held at the Your Place Restaurant & Sports Pub located next to the Lodge (by the Blue Ballroom side). Italian buffet will be available for $9.00 per person as well as full bar service. This is a great time and way to meet new friends and/or reconnect with old ones.
